BLESS MY SOUL - IT'S AUNTY!!

Bless My Soul, It's Aunty
I never cease to be amazed
When to the zoo I go,
To see folk troop to see the apes,
Their faces all aglow.
Each looks at t’other with alarm,
Or perhaps it’s with respect.
And what do they both recognize?
Family features I suspect.
So when you observe an orangutan
Who stares at you in thought,
He’s really thinking: 'Bless my soul -
It’s Aunty that they’ve brought!!'
